Annual Easter Egg-Stravaganza

March 28th | 10:00am-12:00pm

We’re turning up the fun with a massive egg hunt, high-energy games, awesome activities, and tons of candy—all designed for kids and families to laugh, play, and celebrate together. This free community event is packed with excitement and Easter joy, so grab your baskets, bring your crew, and don’t miss one of the most fun days of the spring. Everyone is welcome!

Annual Palm Sunday Parade

March 29th | Both services

Our Palm Sunday Parade is a joyful kids ministry tradition at Acton Baptist Church! During worship services, our children will enter the worship center waving palm branches and celebrating just as the crowds did when Jesus entered Jerusalem. It’s a sweet, meaningful moment that reminds us all—young and old—that we welcome our King with praise and excitement as we begin Holy Week together.

Annie Armstrong Easter Offering

Each Easter season, Acton Baptist Church participates in the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering, a special offering that supports missionaries serving across the United States and Canada through the North American Mission Board.

Named after missions advocate Annie Armstrong, this offering fuels church planting, evangelism, disaster relief, and ministry in communities that need the hope of the gospel. One hundred percent of every dollar given goes directly to support missionaries on the field.

As we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus, we also join in His mission—sharing the hope of new life with our neighbors and across North America. We invite you to pray, give generously, and be part of what God is doing through this year’s Annie Armstrong Easter Offering.

What if every single day really was a new start?

Join us from now through Easter for A New Start, a powerful series exploring how the hope of Christ doesn’t just change our eternity—it transforms our everyday lives.

Each Sunday, we’ll discover how the cross brings freedom, the resurrection brings life, and every new morning is an invitation to begin again.

No matter where you’ve been or what your story holds, it’s not too late for a new start.

Come experience the hope, freedom, and resurrection life found in Christ.

Every day is a new start

March 8th

What if the reason you woke up this morning wasn’t routine—but mercy?

Yesterday’s failures don’t get the final word. Last night’s burdens don’t cancel today’s grace. Because when the sun rises, so does God’s mercy.

No matter what you carried into this week—regret, exhaustion, doubt, or disappointment—Scripture reminds us that His mercies are new every morning. Not recycled. Not rationed. Not running out.

Today isn’t leftovers from yesterday. It’s a fresh start, given by a faithful God. So take a breath. Lift your eyes. This day is new—because His mercy is.

struggle and pain brings new understanding

March 15th

What if the hardest seasons of your life are the very places God is teaching you to see?

Growth rarely happens in comfort. Clarity often comes through questions. And sometimes the pain you wish away is the tool God uses to open your eyes.

As we walk through struggle, God doesn’t waste a single tear. He shapes our hearts, deepens our faith, and reveals truths we could never grasp from a distance.

The pressure refines. The waiting teaches. The breaking opens our eyes. What if your current struggle isn’t the end of your story—but the beginning of new understanding?

As we grow, He is faithful to reveal more of who He is—and who we are in Him.

Failure Brings a New way of thinking and living

March 22nd

What if your failure isn’t proof that you’re finished—but the place where transformation begins?

We all know the weight of falling short. Regret. Shame. The quiet voice that says, “You should have known better.” But what if failure is the moment God uses to reshape the way you think—and the way you live?

Through Christ, we’re not patched up on the outside. We’re transformed from the inside out. He renews our minds. He redirects our desires. He rebuilds what we thought was ruined.

Failure may expose our weakness—but grace reveals His power. What if the very place you stumbled is where God is teaching you a new way to walk?

The Cross brings a new freedom

March 29th- Palm Sunday

What if the weight you’ve been carrying has already been lifted? The guilt. The shame. The endless striving to be good enough.

At the cross, Jesus paid the price we could never pay. Not part of it. Not most of it. All of it. The debt was ours. The payment was His. The freedom is now ours to receive.

The cross doesn’t just forgive—it frees. Free from condemnation. Free from fear. Free to live a new life marked by grace.

What if the chains you’ve grown used to living with were broken the moment Jesus said, “It is finished”? The cross brings a new freedom—one purchased by His sacrifice and secured by His love.

The Resurrection Brings a New Life

April 5th- Easter Sunday

What if the grave was never the end—but the beginning? The stone was rolled away. The tomb was empty. Death was defeated.

On that first Easter morning, victory broke through the darkness. What looked like loss became triumph. What felt like despair gave way to unshakable hope.

The resurrection means sin no longer owns you. Fear no longer defines you. Death no longer has the final word.

Because Jesus walked out of the grave, you can walk in freedom. Because He lives, you can live in hope. Because He conquered, you can experience new life. This isn’t just a historical moment—it’s a present reality. The empty tomb declares: victory is won, freedom is secured, and hope is alive.
