Youth Pastor
Josh serves as our Youth Pastor, focusing on youth discipleship and partnering with parents to help students grow in their walk with Jesus. He’s passionate about helping teenagers take their next step toward Christ and loves getting to walk alongside them on their faith journey.
He’s been part of the Acton Baptist team for three years and has been serving in student ministry since 2010 in churches across Arkansas and Texas. Josh holds a Bachelor’s in Youth Ministry from Southwest Baptist University and a Master of Divinity from Luther Rice Seminary.
At home, he’s married to Kay and is dad to Kaylyn. When he’s off the clock, you’ll probably find him with a cup of coffee in hand or cheering on the Red Sox.
What excites Josh most about ministry? Watching students “get it”—seeing those moments when their faith comes alive and they step into what Jesus is calling them to do.
